QA Test Engineer position available

About the role:

We are seeking a part-time/freelance QA test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing our products to ensure they meet our standards and user requirements. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report defects, and ensure the quality and functionality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.
• Create and execute test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and report bugs, issues, and defects.
• Work with project managers to prioritize and manage defects and issues.
• Perform regression testing after bug fixes and updates.
• Participate in project planning and provide feedback to ensure the quality of the end product.
• Continuously monitor and provide feedback on the usability, functionality, and user experience of our products.
• Report on the progress and status of testing to the project team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of web and mobile application testing, including cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to find and report defects and issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work remotely and on a part-time/freelance basis.
